It always feels a bit odd to post something on this blog that is not in my handwriting. As if it is some great betrayal. But alas, here I go.

This metamorphosis of FIIMT from tumblr tadpole to tangible book frog* may not be news to some of you, but I realized I had never posted any kind of official announcement. It has been incredibly exciting/nerve-wracking/surreal to experience the evolution of FIIMT and go on this unexpected internet journey with all of you. Thank you for your ridiculous support.
*I really should have quit while I was ahead with that analogy. “Book frog” is probably the worst thing I could have said. Let’s never speak of it again.**
**I do stand behind the alliteration of “tumblr tadpole”, though.
So now you know! There are no more secrets between us. Well…mostly no secrets. Actually, let’s face it. There are probably still a lot of things we are going to keep from each other. But I think that’s normal. Let’s just take this one day at a time.
